Strictly gluten-free kitchen on the ground floor of the Wilco building, aesthetically pleasing brick lobby with ample sitting room, open 7am-2pm Monday through Friday, I believe. I hear they opened this little bistro to manage production of the high demand for their gluten-free baked goods they sell at the Farmers Market every Saturday. There was a cinnamon swirl loaf of bread thing that was TO DIE FOR, I have never found anything so gluten free that could match how perfect that thing was! They have a rather fluffy crust made-in-house pizza that she could even make milk-free for me. The vegan cheese she used was magic, like real mozzarella. The service was impeccable, what an absolute gem of a human being! Thanks for running the joint, I am so happy to have a truly gluten free experience!

Discovered a booth of gluten-free food at the Saturday Farmer's Market held on the grounds of the Museum of the Southwest. Everything I bought there tasted great. I remember the Chili-Cheese Bread (my son liked) and the breakfast cookies.
