Review of D'Lua Bettendorf Fusion Cuisine & Bar

I called literally every listed establishment in davenport and no one had GF pancakes, so I was super happy to find this place in Bettendorf! Really good pancakes, good coffee, and kind of fun to have pancakes outside of a typical breakfast diner.
