Chef and staff is well versed in gluten free. the menu is clearly marked with gluten free items. they have a flour less sugar free chocolate dessert that is very good. You can get a gf hamburger bun or bread for all your sandwiches, and gluten free bread or vegetables for the dips. Very good experience.
