Nearly their whole menu is gluten free except the sandwiches, but they have gf buns available! Everything that goes in a frier is gluten free. The bartender that helped me had celiac herself, and vouched for the safety of their food. I had sweet potato fries with the fry sauce and they were fantastic. Soooo nice to have options on a night out.

Doc Marie's is dedicated to keeping the kitchen a safe space for all levels of gluten allergies. Our fryers have never seen gluten and will not at any point. With many members of our own staff in need of a gluten-free space we strive to give that also to the community.
There is only one item that is not gluten-free. The only gluten we have in the kitchen is in outside prepared breads bought in. Because we don't process anything with gluten in the kitchen, it is easy to keep cross-contact to zero.
