The only thing they fry is French fries, the way a true BBQ joint should be.The food is amazing and they are very aware of gluten free needs. Updated 2021: They no longer have a dediated fryer. They fry onion rings in the same fryer.

We were told fryer is also used for beer battered onion rings. We didn't eat there.

The food was amazing. They’re very aware and safe for gluten free choices. The French fries were even available as it’s the only thing they fry in the fries.

The bbq is good, fries great. They are knowledgeable about gluten free. Even explaining that a seasoning they use on their beef is not gluten free. They have a card with their NOT gluten free products listed at the order counter. When they brought our food the waiter explained that he had the kitchen change gloves and use a clean cutting board. I have celiac, no problems.
