Review of Dogfish Head

Not much gluten free here. They had burgers which could be made without the bun, but no lettuce wrap available. No GF buns. They also had tacos, but no corn tortillas so they would have to convert the tacos to salad bowls. Most salads are gf, but a lot of the dressings have beer in them so would have to order without dressing. Wait staff was knowledgeable and honest with what restrictions they had.
