Lovely sorbet. I asked about the gluten in the ice cream and the server said only two had gluten, but the rest were likely cross-contaminated. and then said the sorbets were free from cross-contam. I like the fact she pointed this out. So. stick to the sorbets if you have celiac's , everyone else could probably be safe
