Went for brunch and had a great experience! The server explained that the tortillas are gluten free and the tostadas are in a dedicated fryer, so we could have the chips and guacamole with no concern. The huevos rancheros were also delicious & fresh orange juice! Felt very safe and did not get sick.

Dolores has a small yet expansive menu, and some of the best mole I’ve had on the east coast! I can’t speak for everything on the menu but two of their mole dishes are gluten free, they have a dedicated fryer for their tostadas (corn tortillas used as chips) and everyone is incredibly knowledgeable about cross contamination, gluten, dairy, and other allergens! Delicious food, great atmosphere, and amazing staff.
