Review of Domingo Restaurant

Ordered hard boiled eggs which were brought out with the shells still on. The shells had brown food all over the outside where the server had rolled them into a gluten meal on the tray and then put them back on the plate. The original server was knowledgeable but the person bringing out the food was not. Atmosphere wise, the pigeons made eating outside difficult as they had a fairly large pigeon problem with birds all over the tables as soon as someone left and birds perched on vases waiting to jump on your food.
