The Buckhead location of this upscale pizza restaurant (that originated in Naples, Italy) offers fresh gluten-free dough for their Neapolitan pies, salads and the Angioletti Nutella dessert. The Montanara Starita pizza is made with a lightly fried crust that surprisingly has no greasy taste or feel. There is a special area in the kitchen where the gluten-free dough is made in order to protect from crosscontamination.
