Great place! Lots of GF options and the chef stayed that if it’s marked GF they take all precautions to ensure it is 100% gluten free. They have two separate fryers, one being dedicated GF. One con is the chips are fried in the non GF fryer, but they have great corn tortillas!

Wait staff highly knowledgeable and tons of options. Food quality is beyond top notch. If you have the budget for it, it’s a huge win for celiacs every time.

Excellent restaurant (James Beard finalist)…items are clearly marked GF on main menu, which I appreciate. Recommend the cactus appetizer with guacamole and blue corn tortillas. Also tried the cabrito, which was very good. Also very expensive, but excellent service as well.
