Staff not very knowledgeable about gluten. No dedicated fryer. Tiny kitchen space , so cross contamination risks are very high. We tested the rice and beans and got no gluten but the carne asada tacos tested positive for gluten.

Tortilla chips are shipped in and gluten free. Homemade salsas and numerous gluten free options. Mahi bowl is a good one. Talk to the staff and they are helpful!
