We come here every time we are in Bossier. Great food that is mostly GF. They have a dedicated fryer for the chips!!

We ate here on a trip through Shreveport. I have a severe wheat & gluten allergy. This place was great. Everything was gluten free except steak & mole sauce. Tortilla Soup was very good.

Very large menu with almost all of it being available GF and those items that are not GF being explicitly called out.
One confusing thing about the menu is that GF is the marking for always Gluten Free and (GF) means you have to request it to be made Gluten Free.
Chips are GF and fried in a dedicated fryer.

Follow the Gluten-Free road with our easy menu modifiers to maintain your GF diet. Everything is GF on our menu except: flour or wheat tortillas, any steak product (soy marinade), El Dorado Tacos (mahi-mahi has a soy-ginger glaze) & any offering with Mole' (has flour in the recipe). **We utilize a color-coded tong/knife/cutting board & separate prep area for all of our proteins and tortillas, which helps control cross-contamination.

Excellent customer service. Spotless restaurant. The beautiful plants surrounding the entrance are a prelude of what's to come: freshness & beauty. They have five things on their menu I cannot have & they were clear when they pointed this out: flour & wheat tortillas (no surprise here), Chicken Mole', snapper tacos and grilled steak (they use a soy sauce marinade on the snapper and steak). The best thing is; the chips and salsa are GF! The chips are 100% white corn and they have a dedicated fryer, so no worries about cross-contamination. They also use color-coded cutting boards, knives and tongs in their kitchen to further reduce cross-contamination. It's a blessing to finally be able to eat freely at a restaurant that cares about it's customers. Food was excellent and they even serve an all organic margarita made with no sugar. They use organic agave nectar. Soo thrilled they have locations in Bossier & Shreveport!
