Very attentive staff, almost the entire menu can be done gluten free. Everything was really good and the environment was very pleasant and relaxing.

Don Pasquale is inside of the Hotel Maalot, not far from Trevi fountain. It is a nicer restaurant, and be warned that the cocktails are almost as much as the entrees. We went for my husband’s birthday and two glasses of wine, and two pasta dishes were over 70 euro. When in Rome…right?
As for the service, it was fantastic! The waiter was really great about explaining things that were GF and the modifications they could make (as the menu isn’t marked). They can do most of the pastas subbed with a GF pasta, and most meat dishes are safe—just ask. They brought out GF bread just for me and it was in its own wrapper so I knew it was safe to consume. While the kitchen doesn’t have a dedicated GF space, I felt like they were careful with my meal.
