I didn’t even have to specify anything when I ordered because most of the restaurant is naturally gluten free! All of their seasonings and sauces are safe as well as most of the sides! The food was delicious and I love restaurants where I don’t have to make a fuss! The only gluten containing menu item i saw was fried rice.
