This pizza place was recommended to us by another gluten-free family with several Celiac members and they have never had a problem ordering from Donati's.
While Donati's is very upfront about not being a completely gluten free facility because they share the same oven (which is known to burn off any gluten no matter where you purchase pizza), any gluten free crust is already made and then assembled upfront, where no other pizzas or flour are. They also make sure they change their gloves every time they are handling a gluten free crust.
Yes
