4.5 - great pizza!
best gf pizza...yummy and never gotten sick
They clean and sanitize the prep area and utensils and wear gloves. It is always a risk for cross contamination but I ate the gf pizza with no problems and it was delicious!
Donatos Madison is our current favorite pizza place in Madison. It all comes down to their sauce, we think. My GF/DF family has tried a number of different pizza configurations and every one has been a winner. Delivery is fast and friendly. Ask for a manager when placing your order by phone and you will find someone VERY interested in helping you experience great pizza no matter what your requirements.
best chicken wings EVER!!!!! the garlic wings are seriously the best I've ever had. i got the traditional wings NOT the boneless... and no gluten reaction!
Donatos gluten free pizza is the best!. Although I don't have Celiac, the build your own GF pizza is great. If you are looking for a certified GF pizza, they have a Take and Bake product that is awesome.
Delivery was right on time, very fresh. They use Udis crust so you know that's good, their sauce, cheese, & little pepperoni were all great, not the cheap- tastes like a frozen dollar store pizza taste. I highly recommend & will definitely order from here again when I'm in the area.
Attention Celiacs!!! I was so excited about meeting my friends for pizza!!! I am on a very strict gluten free diet, I have Celiac Disease. Can't eat the pizza dough, unless it's gluten free. Donatos advertises Gluten Free pizza. Pizza consists of dough, sauce, cheese, etc But mainly dough! Right? Well, they gave me pizza sauce and cheese, on a paper plate! They call that "pizza" Are they "celiac friendly" I don't think so!
If you are not as sensitive, you can have a pizza with a gluten free crust baked in store similar to what domino's does.
Pizza is pretty good, actually. But you can only get veggies on it, which I don't like since I'm pretty big on meat, and they can't give you a personal pizza. I am tiny so this benefits me in no way. I can save pizza, sure, but 2 day old gluten free pizza doesn't appeal to me, and neither does wasting food. Oh, in case you were wondering, Donatos is apparently working with Udi's for their gf pizza.
I'm very impressed with the gluten-free "take and bake" pizzas. The crust tastes just as good if not better than normal pizza.
