Make sure you understand that Donatos has a pizza location (not GF friendly) and an Italian restaurant - multiple GF options. They make fresh Gf pasta. I also had a Cesar salad and fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and balsamic. They cooked Gf pasta separately and brought my dish out separately. I had grilled chicken alfredo. It was ok but it was nice to have an option outside of red sauce. I will be back to try some other options.

I order chicken marsala. the waitress was very nice she came out and said that they only thicken a sauce with flour they don't use cornstarch which is gluten free. so I ate a piece of dry unedible chicken. I was able to eat the roasted potatoes but that was about it, I drank water and paid a lot of money for my meal.

Well they have gluten free pasta but if you are celiacs you cant eat it. They boil the pasta all in one pot. Makes NO sense to me. Sad that they advertise gluten free and obviously does not have a dedicated kitchen space if they share a pot with the regular pasta. I'm sad because I'm sure the food is great. Seems like an easy solution to have a seperate pot? Beware.
Do not go here for gluten-free. They cook all of their pasta in the same pot. I was told they make gluten-free pasta by hand for dietary reasons and will never cross the line for allergies. I have eat here in the past and they went out of their way to make food for me. Today I was offered broccoli and marinara sauce. Not cool

So good- fantastic GF pasta!
Everything was delicious. I had the minestrone soup(no pasta), veal piccata(so tender) and homemade gluten free pasta. I also tasted the marinara, it was delish.
Homemade GF pasta... need I say more?!
