They have a gluten free menu if you ask for it. I had the Sashimi Bibimbop which is basically rice, iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots & shredded radish. They did bring out a few appetizer sharable items (standard in Korean culture) and were able to tell me 2 of the 6 were not gluten free. They do have Tamari, but again you have to ask. Also there is a 4% credit card charge, so bring cash!
