I spoke to the chef and he really understands celiac disease and how to avoid cross contamination and knew exactly which menu items wouldn't be safe for me.

My family loves this place. GF spring rolls, salad rolls and pho soup (chicken is GF). Also a treat - sweet & sour chicken. No gluten in their fryer!

Very knowledgeable about gluten and can make most dishes gfree. Eaten here a couple times without any issue. Food is good, the interior of the restaurant is not the classiest but is fine.
