I just confirmed with the Scott, LA location that the seasoning I. Their boudin DOES have gluten. Very disappointed. The first few people I talked with did t even know what gluten was, so they went to the back to ask management.

Their Boudin is gluten free per their website. I had their already cooked boudin and did not get sick. Love that I could enjoy a Louisiana favorite dish while visiting.
