Celiac person in our family got pulled pork on GF bun. They had chips instead of fries. They answered my gf questions. IMPORTANT NOTE: the pulled pork was served with a drizzling of BBQ sauce on top. I asked if that sauce is GF- the person taking order sent someone back to kitchen to check, they came back and said it had flour as a thickener. Luckily did not eat it. They happily prepared a brand new plate without the drizzle, and they apologized. It all turned out fine and was a very enjoyable meal, no symptoms.
