I let my waitress know that I had to eat gluten free. Right away, she told me that the fresh tortillas would not be safe because they’re made in a shared fryer with gluten and then confirmed with the kitchen staff any questions she didn’t readily know the answers. There were a small selection of gluten free items on the menu that I was able to have and I enjoyed them! I do have Celiac, but I did not have any issues after eating here.
