The tacos are gluten free but they do it in the same machine as the tortillas that aren’t gluten free, so there is contamination. I had to order a bowl instead of tacos

I have celiac disease and never get to eat real food at an airport. I asked them to scoop my food from unused containers (to avoid cross contamination) and they happily did so. I went when they were not busy, not sure if they’d be willing to do this if they had a long line. By far best airport food and service I’ve ever had.

While most items are gf, this place is a cross contamination nightmare. Too busy for them to be willing to use all fresh ingredients, and they're touching tortillas then shoving their hands in the lettuce, cheese, etc ,plus touching the spoons to the tortillas and putting them back in their tubs again.
