my husband loves the gluten free bread/buns. he hasn't had a problem with the fries, though I would ask if you have a serious allergy. the GF bread is not on the main menu. it is on their "specials of the day" menu, or you can ask. there is a Dots of Dover and a Dots in Wilmington.
