Double Zero Pizza

Their gluten-free pizza is the best I've had (not as good as their regular, but that's a high bar to clear - I'd still suggest "no pizza" until you've forgotten quite what it really tastes like). They use a dedicated oven, though they do not have separate kitchen facilities.
