Very knowledgeable about coeliac. There is a risk of cross contamination and they finish the pizza in the oven where normal gluten pizzas are cooked. They suggested cooking my pizza on the paddle to avoid this which worked as no reaction and I’m very sensitive to CC. Unfortunately this meant some of the base wasn’t fully cooked. Pizza toppings where delicious though.
