Everyone needs to come here!! Dedicated fryers for chicken and fries. I haven’t had chicken fingers in FOREVER!! It’s up on Colorado just a couple miles from DU. Thank you to whomeve posted about this place earlier this week! They even knew their sauces without me asking. The chicken is crispy and amazing as well as the fried.

Totally safe and yummy chicken tenders and French fries! I needed a quick lunch between appointments and I’m so happy to have found Dough Counter thanks to Find Me Gluten Free!

Think of a pizza place in NYC that you can smell from the street, Dough Counter is like that but better because they have an extensive gluten free menu! Their gf menu is amazing! Amazing gf fried chicken! Pizza is good, a little too thick for me though.

A little bit expensive for the gluten free pizza BUT so worth it. It’s thick and filling and although it’s the small it could easily feed two maybe three people. Also 10/10 recommend the gf brownie!

Like its sister restaurant, Marco’s Coal Fired, Dough Counter is an amazing place for Celiacs. Where else can you get gluten-free Sicilian pizza AND fried chicken that is safe? I’d argue — nowhere else. My wife ate to her heart’s content with no fear of getting sick, and everything tasted fantastic. They also had vegan options for me (allergic to dairy and egg). It’s rare that we can find a place we can both eat safely and actually enjoy the food. We will definitely be back!

So good!!! Just got home and can’t wait to go back! The pizzas are amazing - customer service was the best I can remember in a really long time. Check out their website for their protocols. Chicken tenders were also great - huge portions - should have gotten 3 instead of 6 😁- really really glad we were able to finally try this place!

Very yummy! The chicken tenders were a treat! Love their attention to detail and transparency with cross contamination precautions. Sicilian pizza dough was airy and just a little caramelized on the bottom. Don’t need to eat very much since it’s a thick crust. Hit the spot for us!

We ordered the gf chicken strips and pizza; within an hour my daughter had bad stomach pains and hours later still had discomfort. We were excited for a new gf restaurant but even though the website states they get it and we told them to mark it celiac, the opposite happened.

So yummy! Haven’t had Sicilian style pizza in 2 years. It was great. The chicken tenders were amazing. Everyone very nice. Drove 45 minutes and it was absolutely worth it. Felt fine which is always a bonus!

I loved the Chicken Strips and French Fries while sitting on their heated patio during a lovely lunch with my celiac best friends. The staff explained their gluten-free protocols so that we felt comfortable eating here (dedicated prep area and dedicated fryers). They also serve gluten-free pizza, using a separate oven with separate toppings and prep area. My only concern is that their gluten-free crust contains Wheat Starch. Check out their website for a detailed explanation on how they use wheat starch and still call it gluten free. Personally, I do not eat wheat starch so I can’t comment on their pizza.

Oh my, Good Lord in Heaven. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. First, they’re awesome about cross contamination. You can tell from their website, search Dough Counter gluten free and it’ll take you straight to the page where they talk about their precautions. I placed my order online, so I called them to specify that it was for Celiac and they immediately launched into their protocol for gluten safety. Love it! The pizza is so tasty! I got pepperoni, mushroom and black olives. The crust is thick, but nearly have good bread, so I loved every bite. I wish I lived near this place, though if I did, I’d gain 100lbs. It’s too good resist. Just a side note, the only gf size option is small, but the small has four slices and one filled me up. So, the price looks a little high, until you see how far it’s stretches.

A review on here said run don’t walk to try this pizza.. so instead of my tried and true Mod Pizza, I opted the drive to south Denver for this deep dish GF pizza from HEAVEN. RUN, do not walk, to try this pizza. Offering vegan cheese and a deliciously buttery, fluffy perfect dough, this pizza will remind you what it feels to eat like the rest of the world. What a privilege! Clearly marked, staff is knowledgeable and kind and very serious about CC and making you feel safe. Will definitely be back.

The BEST gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is deep dish and has a lot of flavor. You can tell it’s been fermented and a lot of love has gone into it. They even have information on their website about how they avoid cross contamination, but also happy to discuss in person. They also have a dedicated fryer for chicken fingers and fries. The chicken fingers are also awesome and super flavorful! My husband and I typically get 1 chicken tender basket and 1 pizza. I am very sensitive to cross contamination and I have eaten here 3 times without issue. Run, don’t walk to dough counter!
