They are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. The waiter could tell me exactly where everything was cooked. They even have gluten free bread (I did not taste it but they did offer it to me).

I love this place! I usually get an omelette and a side of fruit instead of bread. They also have gluten free green chiles. Small little restaurant but I've never had problems there.
