They definitely were careful and made sure to mark gluten allergy on the ticket. Waitress made sure all items were checked for gluten and took pictures of sauce ingredient to let me check all the items. Had the smoked trout which was extraordinarily delicious.

No dedicated fryer.

Food was yummy.

Burger/sandwich with gf bun was good. Bun does not crumble. Only side I could figure out safe was salad which was good.

The restaurant around the table and the bathrooms is dusty and lots of crumbs/dirt. Seems like a dive restaurant.
