Several choices even for a GF Vegan! :-) Knowledgable staff, willing to make substitutions if needed. They even had GF bread for my vegan burger when I asked Menu has GF & Vegetarian clearly marked. Just let them know if you have celiac so they will be careful to avoid cross contamination. No dedicated GF fryer.
