Please be aware that not all of the meats are GF. I was told that the pulled chicken and pulled pork are cooked in beer, but the gluten "cooks out"...unfortunately, that is not how it works, and the gluten remains in the meat. I stick to the brisket and ribs and they are AMAZING. The green beans and fried apples are also GF. I believe those are the only GF options besides cole slaw, but that is what I get every time and it is always good! Just beware of the pulled meats! The tots are not GF as they are fried with gluten items as well.

Great food and better service! We were traveling through and placed an online order for pick up and I indicated that I was medically gluten free in the notes. A few minutes later, they called to tell .e that the pork I ordered was NOT gluten free. They helped me to make a safe choice. My mistake could have made camping that night a really rough experience. I was so grateful for their attention and effort. Plus, food was amazing!!!! My husband said the brisket is the best he has ever had!

Our waiter has Celiac, so he’s very knowledgeable about gluten-containing items and cross contamination. Most meats and sauces are gluten free. They have a gf roll for sandwiches.

Menu has symbol to indicate items that are gluten-free, and all sauces are gf. Waiter came back after I asked for the chicken sandwich on a gf roll to explain that there is a risk of cross-contamination with bacon on the cooktop. He said he has celiac, so wanted to make sure I didn’t have a reaction. I was reassured the chef re-washed his hands and changed gloves before preparing my sandwich. Great food, fantastic staff and fun atmosphere.
