Draft Kings

We thought there would be nothing safe for us but asked. The server checked with the kitchen and the chef was very familiar with celiac and GF protocols. They said we could do a burger without a bun, a pizza with a cauliflower crust, salad, or chicken wings which they would bake instead of fry since the fryer is contaminated. We were like, yay! We tried one of each 😂❤ The pizza used canned diced tomatoes instead of sauce since the sauce was contaminated (they didn’t tell us they’d do that, and while I’d have preferred sauce, I love that they were that knowledgeable). I liked it, but it could have used garlic. The chicken wings were super good! The burger was really good….we did the keto burger, and then they subbed a house salad for the side. We were there all day for Super Wildcard Weekend, and we eat through the day. I didn’t get sick! We will for SURE be back!
