Got glutened! Told my server about my intolerance. Ordered a burger with no bun and French fries. Was sick within 10 min of leaving the restaurant. Classic gluten reaction symptoms and still recovering 2 weeks later. Won’t be returning.

Nima tested my Hotter than Hell burger and fingerling potatoes. Tested gluten free. :)

The server was knowledgeable about gluten and said those Items are prepared completely separate from other Items. Options are indicated on the menu as gluten free and includes more than just salads yay! Ibgot the salmon dish and it was delicious. Great selection if cider, wine and cocktails too.

I rarely go out since I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Some friends were celebrating at Draft Republic and I was along for the ride. I was worried since it was not listed in my Find Me Gluten Free app. The server was responsive and the menu had several Gluten free options. The server said they take food handling and allergies seriously and that they have a button for Celiac disease on their order entry. I had cider and the sausage sampler. I then prayed that I wouldn't get sick. The plate was huge and the food was delicious. The best part is that I did not get sick at all. I felt great and enjoyed myself. I am very sensitive, so this was a major win.
