They advertised a GF burger and fries. Manager came out and assured us the fries are cooked separately in dedicated GF fryer. I mentioned to the girl preparing the food that my daughter has a gluten allergy and can’t have contact with anything with gluten. I asked if she could change her gloves (since she was also preparing regular hamburgers). She left to go out back to get the packaged GF bun, but then started picking up the cheese without ever changing her gloves. My daughter had to assemble the burger and toppings herself, which was fine, but she ended up getting a bad stomach ache within 1 hr of finishing her food. Kudos to Busch Gardens for having some GF alternatives but staff could use some training.
