Spoke with one of the owners he was super nice and took the time to answer my questions, and understand it could be very nerve-racking to eat at a new place when you’re very sensitive to contamination. He went in the back and spoke with the cook. Made sure everyone understood exactly what providing a gluten safe meal meant for someone with celiac. They clean the wok every time and make things fresh for each order. I watched them through the window clean everything including utensils. I had the orange chicken and rice, it was delicious! Finally a place to eat at the outlets. If you communicate and the owners continue to educate their staff this will be a great gluten safe place the outlets have needed.
