Dragonfly Noodle

We ordered Singapore noodles and Black Tonkotsu ramen with gluten free modifications. The pork belly is so tender and flavorful, and we enjoyed the layered flavors of the Singapore noodles.

Ate here July 14, 2023. Great experience! Staff was knowledgeable and preemptively told me the rice noodles were cooked in their own pot. Most ramen bases and toppings were gluten free, including the pork belly and soft-boiled eggs. Do note that the gluten free noodles are just rice noodles. They do not mimic the texture or flavor of actual gluten-full ramen noodles. I don't mind at all, the fun of ramen for me is the toppings :)

This was my first time having gluten free ramen at a restaurant and it was SO GOOD! I asked a lot of questions about their preparation and the person taking my order assured me that they get people with CD often and that my meal would be safe to eat. Most of the ramen dishes can be made gluten free and they boil their rice noodles in a separate pot. They also have tamari marinated soft boiled eggs which was a nice add on to the ramen. I felt very well taken care of here and will definitely be back!

Great food, very knowledgeable staff. They specifically told me they would boil my rice noodles in a fresh pot of water to avoid cross contamination, and they knew every item on the menu that has gluten
