The server didn't know what gluten was, so I was skeptical. I explained what was safe, and she was careful to get sushi I could eat. I did not get sick, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately the food wasn't very good. Probably some of the worst quality sushi I have ever had. Good service but wouldn't return due to food quality.
