I almost cried when I saw all of the varying gluten free baked goods they offer. I've learned to cook gluten free main courses but haven't learned so much about GF baking. Their pepperoni rolls are so buttery rich and taste better than my dim memories of the gluten containing pepperoni rolls I ate as a child. Their apple empanadas are soo good. I can't wait to try their cream cheese danishes and their cinnamon buns!

Absolutely love this place. I know it’s so silly but my favorite are the pop tarts. The owner is so sweet! I even got my baby shower cake from here. Was an absolute hit and no one could even guess it was gluten free. The owner has had celiac since she was a kid and her baking shows. Best in town.

I love this place. I go at least once a week. I am someone who loves to venture out for a cup of coffee and a pastry in the morning, so this place has really given me that back and a sense of normalcy after having to go gluten-free. It is also inside a coffee shop with excellent coffee. The coffee shop itself has gluten items (they don’t share a kitchen obviously), so if you wanted to meet a friend here, there is something for everyone. DBC has a huge assortment of items to choose from, sweet or savory. In addition to their usual things, they will also do random things. Last weekend, they happened to have some delicious coffee cake and iced lemon bread. The owner is kind and hard-working. I am so thankful for this place.

I love everything about this place....the selection, the safety, the taste, the owner...it is all sublime! I literally cried, it was so good! It's all gluten free, so there's no need to worry about cross contamination. And it tastes amazing, like the real thing. This place is a MUST if you're in the Austin area (or, you might even want to travel TO Austin just for this place, lol)!

Great bakery! I enjoyed the spinach and feta croissant and ham and cheese croissant for something savory. The cakes are moist and delicious! I place a big order at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everything looks and tastes great!

This place is amazing!! I’ve never had gluten free baked goods that are so delicious. Their cinnamon rolls taste like regular gluten cinnamon rolls and are somehow gooey and delicious. Everything we ate is amazing!

Delicious cinnamon rolls! They have a lot of other pretty tasty baked goods to choose from as well. On their website, it states that the food is celiac safe, and made in a dedicated kitchen. They are located inside of a coffee shop now. The address is updated on their website/social media.

I messed up the days for my order pick up and they were able to accommodate me since I live 2 1/2 hours away. Lucky they had cinnamon rolls and plenty of plain croissants on hand. I had to miss out on the danishes I ordered because they didn’t have any extra on hand. Definitely the BEST cinnamon gluten rolls and I’m waiting to try the croissants till I get back home so I can eat them with butter and honey. I also picked up two heart shaped chocolate chip Valentine’s Day cookies for my friends daughter.

Phenomenal gluten free bakery in North Austin! The croissants are unbelievable. Freshly baked and there’s a plain, chocolate and ham and cheese variety. There are also take and bake options. I can’t recommend them enough. I also got a chocolate sprinkled donut and cinnamon roll. I was only in town for the weekend, but will definitely stock up from their freezer next time. They had just put out some cream puffs and eclairs as well, but didn’t try them.

I would 10 out of 10 recommend the cinnamon rolls, plain croissant rolls, pecan sticky bun, sausage kolache and lemon bars! Loved those items! I would suggest skipping out on the apple croissant, chocolate croissant and the ham and cheese croissant. We ordered online and I highly suggest you do the same to ensure you get the product you want!

They have a lot of ketogenic friendly items as well! Everything is marked and staff is friendly!

The baked goods here are great! The cookies were monsters, but delectable. I also enjoyed the cheese danishes. I have yet to try the cinnamon rolls, but I was very pleased with the food. The facility is gluten free as of January 2021; they do offer a wheat flour cake, but cakes are made offsite and are completely separate from any gluten free foods. Additionally, they have a lot of keto options

I have been a huge fan of dream bakery since the minute I heard of them. They now have a kitchen that is 100% dedicated to GF and Keto. Most of the time I’d rather skip substitutes for breads or sweets because it just isn’t good until I found this place. Their GF cookies, pecan rolls and cinnamon rolls are the best I could ever dream of and even people that aren’t GF choose these over other options. They also were amazing to their own staff as well as surrounding communities during the pandemic. A business that I plan to always support even if it’s a bit of a drive to do so. 💖

My daughter had knee surgery yesterday in Texas and living in Colorado I wanted to send her something GF that she could eat. This was delivered fresh in an hour with Door dash. I made a note on the delivery that she'd had surgery and the delivery guy waited patiently for her. I talked with her and the food was delicious and such a surprise. It is close to her home so they will become customers now. Thank you, it warmed my heart for her to feel such love!

Dream Bakery's GF sourdough sandwich bread is magnificent. If you're fed up w/ the GF bread that's usually available in the frozen section, give yourself a treat and buy one of these loaves. It's the real McCoy--that is, it has the wonderfully satisfying taste of how bread used to be.

Cute little bakery with a GF menu. They mostly do all kinds of specialty cakes (can make them GF with a weeks notice - the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and dark chocolate ganache is to die for) but also have GF cookies, cupcakes and holiday pies. The owner has been GF for 40+ years and said she was planning to continue expanding the GF menu.
