I told them I was celiac and the manager was so accommodating and told me they have a dedicated small area to prep with their gluten free bread for anything in the menus that they could sub out for it. I went for the avocado toast. Let me tell you everything about it was heavenly, the GF bread was toasted in a celiac safe place and not the main griddle, and it tasted like brioche. Highly recommend. I’ll be back.
