Ate here for breakfast on Saturday. So good! Just got an Acai bowl but I asked a question about Gluten free and they asked if I had an allergy and made a note. No reactions, all good!

Perfect spot for lunch!
My new favorite spot in Newport. It's the perfect spot for healthy take out to bring to a park or beach.

This is a really cute little place and I felt totally safe with my meal. I asked if they had a separate toaster for their gluten free toast and they said that they did, it was a really filling meal too getting the southwest scramble

Great great place. Staff so knowledgable. We visited both days of our stay in Newport. Most items can be made safely from the menu. I got a breakfast and then a lunch bowl. Reassurance everything was safe for me (a Celiac) no cross contamination etc. food was delicious and fresh. In fact, when we went for lunch and ate in, they forgot to give me the dressing for my bowl. Lady came over (who had NOT served me) and said she realised they had forgotten my dressing but was double checking it was safe for me before coming over with it! We will be back! Amazing and highly recommend!

Wow super impressed by this place. Fresh food choices, separate toaster, bake to accommodate gluten and dairy free together! We had a smoothie with almond milk, an oat milk honey coffee drink, and sweet potato hash with GF bread. Sat in here for over an hour working on stuff and felt very welcome

We ordered an açaí bowl, chicken sandwich with GF bread, and a veggie bowl. They made sure to mark the gluten free items on our order and let the kitchen know about the allergy as well. Everything was really good!

I ate here twice. The first time we sat in the cafe,, the second was take out. Our first time was amazing. We had acai bowls, a lunch bowl and some drinks. Our take out was ok, not great, but that was because I was served rotten avocado. I'm not sure why they would continue to put avocado on a sandwich knowing it was bad. However, they have a GF toaster. The fruit cup was fresh and delicious. I recommend them, but check your avocado.

Great little spot for breakfast or lunch. It is TINY, but the staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination and I felt safe eating there. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese on GF bread, which I enjoyed, and came away feeling just fine.
