They source GF pastries from Gluten Free Bakery Girl in St. Michael's, MD (a dedicated gluten-free bakery). There were probably about 10-12 GF pastry options available; we got the apple cider donuts, which were delicious. The server was very knowledgeable and friendly. May go back again tomorrow!

They don’t have a ton of options but they have a variety of gluten free muffins and cookies. Some of their breakfast options are GF as well. They have a variety of milk alternatives for a small upcharge. Great atmosphere and a good place to hangout and get some work done! Free WiFi!

Edit- they now have Gluten free bread. They are aware of celiac and have a separate toaster.

Disappointing selection- came here because we read a 5-star rating, but the only thing they could offer someone with celiac was a pre-wrapped muffin. Very annoyed! We decided to go to Bethany Beach Diner next door which had a much bigger variety of GF foods!
