My husband and I went here because of previous reviews. Clearly marked menu. Was not expecting the amazing quality. 10/10 breakfast sandwiches. They ask if it’s an allergy and make sure there is not cross contamination. Dedicated fryer and toaster. Highly recommend.

Menu has gluten-free food marked. Our server told us there was dedicated fryer and toaster and cross contact protocols -gloves, clean area etc. They offer gluten free bread too. Server told me that her two children have celiac and she was well versed. I had the Waldorf salad and it was good.

Menu is clearly labeled. Now offering GF toast as an option to sub. They have a separate toaster and area to make sandwiches. They have a dedicated GF fryer, so all fried items are safe, including tortilla chips and fries. Staff seemed knowledgable. You can even mark your order with an allergy tag when ordering through the Drip Cafe app. Highly recommend for brunch!

I have Celiac and both times I’ve eaten here, I’ve been fine. The meals were delicious and I felt like there were sufficient GF options to choose from. Staff was very knowledgeable about what ingredients were in eat menu item.

Drip has a separate gluten free menu (by request) and the staff is great about explaining options. No gf bread, but they’ll prepare things on a bed of greens or potatoes!
