NOT MUCH but there is a stand with french fries that are fried completely separate from anything. They gluten free and vegetarian and absolutely delicious. One stand does have coated WAFFLE fries so beware of those! Also the cinnamon coated almonds are gluten free! Everything is marked and everyone was happy to help me find something I could eat! Definitely a place to feel safe :)

Good luck. Galindo’s is probably your best chance and they use the same grill and work surfaces for everything (corn and flour tortillas). Looks like a single fryer for chips and churros.
