A variety of safe GF options, e.g. chicken, duck, beef & more. Peter, the owner, understands cross contamination. When my sensitive Celiac stomach couldn't handle spicy food, he made special modifications so I could enjoy my favorite General Tso's Chicken. They go the extra mile for their customers.
