Review of Duck Chang's

I haven't even received my food yet, but just had to post how kind and awesome the service is here. Owner/chef came out himself and walked me through the menu. He is able to make General Tsao Chicken gluten-free! Some things are obviously not able to be GF, but they make extraordinary attempts to have a lot of options. I really expected there to be only a few choices.
