I ordered pho with tofu what they told me was made gluten free for me. I strongly reacted to the food afterwards, so I assume that dish wasnt gluten free...

I ordered their salmon with rice, it was very tasty. I got a glutenfree version with glutenfree soy sauce. The menu marks what contains gluten, and the waiter informs which dishes can be made glutenfree when asked. It is a very nice restaurant, and I recommend drinking their gin basil smash.
