This restaurant is an amazing find for Celiacs who cannot get good gluten free pizza in South Florida. Apparently, the dough they use is a southern Italian recipe and is made with a rice flour blend and all of their pizzas are gluten free. We visited at the recommendation of a friend and were delighted. Came back the next day for lunch and had 2 more pizzas. Highly recommend. I tasted 4 pizzas in 24 hours and had zero reaction.
