The entire bakery is gluten free. It is completely safe with knowledgeable staff. The baked items are great. They even sell flour and have custom orders. They have all kinds of baked goods, cinnamon rolls, cookies, bars, buns, etc. I always make sure to stop in and get something at the bakery or one of the stores that sell their items.
