Smart, top class, pricey, wonderful, delicious. Good English, able to explain everything well. Lots of GF options. Didn’t ask about the pasta, but the mains were largely GF. Plenty of choice. Not like the UK where they have to remove certain parts of the dish to meet my needs. Pork cheeks, delicious.
